Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments

Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments maintains a strict no-pet policy across all motel rooms, apartments, and public areas of the property.
Guests are not permitted to bring pets, including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, or any other animals, onto the premises under any circumstances.

In compliance with applicable Australian laws, certified service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted on the property.
Guests travelling with service animals are required to notify management prior to arrival and provide valid documentation confirming certification, vaccination, and control requirements.
Service animals must remain under the handler’s supervision and control at all times and may not be left unattended in rooms or public areas.

Any guest found in breach of this policy will be required to immediately remove the pet from the property.
Additional cleaning fees, damage costs, and/or penalties may be charged to restore rooms or facilities to their original condition.
Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund, at the sole discretion of management.

Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages, issues, or incidents resulting from unauthorized pets brought onto the premises.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments, its management, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising due to non-compliance with this policy.

By confirming a booking and/or staying at Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by this Pet Policy in full.
Management reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of all guests.
